The location so near to everything was excellent. My twin room was tastefully decorated with neutral decor.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with neutral decor. Booked the hotel for its great location so close to easy walking distance of winter gardens/grand theatre, centre of town, and shops / arcades / restaurants.

The small double room we stayed in was functional and compact. Pleasant staff and the breakfast was DELICIOUS with toast.

Compact, fantastic room complete with Iron, tea coffee milk, for instance. The breakfast has delicious and good options with tea n toast.

As we remember, there was no parking.

It offered us magnificent location near to winter gardens/grand theatre, the beach and arcades, and shops/arcades/restaurants/takeaways, trams. It was at a short distance from Mcdonald's, serving fast food.

Very impressed with guest room with a beautiful comfortable bed. Excellent, incredible location just off Tower Ballroom, the centre by shops/arcades/restaurants/takeaways, trams and all Blackpool's. Plus, 15 minutes drive from an amusement park.

The venue was in a very central location very close to beach tower shops, and all attractions.

The rooms were extremely pleasant with neutral decor, felt like home. The hotel was in an amazing location right by winter gardens/grand theatre, tram stops and the centre of town. Popped in Swift Hound for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Great and stunning position in the great area, just next door to winter gardens/grand theatre, shops, promenade, sea front and beach and the Blackpool tower. About 15 minutes walk from Victoria and Albert Museum. Exceptionally clean and functional room, good bathroom with a bathtub.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was great. The small queen room I was given was complete with ironing board, Iron plus a beautiful comfortable bed. Variety of food for breakfast, everything was fresh.

We liked this place, it's quiet and little. Hotel provides great meals. We would stay here again, when in Blackpool.

The location was magnificent - really close to Blackpool Tower & the Central & North Piers, town centre shops and the water front. The breakfast served was delicious with tea n toast.

The place was quiet for rest. The food was different and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The location was marvellous and lovely, just next door to old town. The hotel itself was in a great area.

Where was parking space?.

The location was marvellous, very close to restaurants, and the Myrtle House, in a great area. Came to visit Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum, based not very far from the hotel.

A huge variety of different food. Excellent location of the hotel so near everything. Nearby The Ardwick - great place to chill out.

A little dated room.

Good and fab location, satisfactory breakfast with extra toast. An electric kettle, a personal safe, and central heating in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

This hotel was located in a very central area just next door to shops / arcades / restaurants, the centre by shops / arcades / restaurants, and the amusements and the shops.

Amazing, friendly family run property. Pretty friendly, polite staff towards all guests. Small queen room with clean towels. Great location - not far from the beach and arcades and social clubs.

The breakfast had a wide range of fantastic food and drinks. Fab and amazing location, rooms were compact. It was excellent little and we would stay here again.

It had fab and amazing location with access to The Winter Gardens nearby.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with ironing board, tea coffee milk, for example. It has magnificent location close to The Winter Gardens.

We were in Blackpool for 2 days, had superb stay, the hotel was clean with great and fantastic location close to town centre. The breakfast was great with extra toast, liked what was offered.

The room I stayed in was compact and immaculate, it had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The location was marvellous and stunning, so close to The Winter Gardens. The pleasant staff was much appreciated.

The airport was 5 km away. The unit we got was compact with Iron, a beautiful comfortable bed, for instance.

The rooms are neat and generally offer multi-channel TV, a coffee machine and a study table. The price is £ 40.

this hotel was great base for exploring blackpool, enjoyed it. the breakfast was delicious, featured a huge variety of meals. the pleasant and polite staff made our stay so such great. very central location was a plus.

There was a comfortable bed that I loved in the double room. The hotel was in a central setting right in the centre of town. The staff was amicable, attentive.
