The place was fairly clean and staff was great. The room was reasonably spacious and provided with a drink and complimentary tea. The offered breakfast was absolutely fantastic and included variety of options.

Beds were tiny in this place.

The room was decent size with twin beds, a Dorma window in the attic, for instance. There was great food, the staff was decent and efficient.

The setting is good and fab, so close to railway station, Nevada Hotel, Blackpool, and entertainment venues, domestic area.

The location was perfect to other b&b's in that area.

Little, clean hotel in a quiet area. Spotless, cheap unit on the top level, and decent staff. Absolutely perfect location, near a train station if needed. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

The location is marvellous as it's just off the night life, the railway station, and town centre. The food offer is lovely.

Quiet area, very central location very close to Theatres good breakfast very affordable friendly staff, attractions and closeness and shops pubs and town.

The room was beautiful and big size, it felt like at home. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of meals.

Every time we stay in Blackpool, like to stay here. The rooms are decent size and the staff is excellent. The bed is comfy.

It was in a perfect location near Blackpool Beach. What's more, it was short walk to shops and bars, and train station.

Its location so close to Illuminasia was marvellous and fab. And the area was domestic, near shops pubs, Close to Railway Station and all the attractions near train station and seafront.

The location was magnificent, so close to Blackpool Central Library. Btw, went to city centre, located relatively near the hotel.

Our stay here was just perfect, comfortable place for exploring Blackpool. Loved our rooms on the top level. It had very central location close to The Regent Antique Store. The hotel was set in a good area.

It deserves its 3 stars. Excellent breakfast, polite staff, good sized room. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Mchalls Bistro that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
