The staff were all amazingly nice and very pleasant, and the room was cheap with a shower in.

I've booked suite with a shower in and everything was fab. The stuff was affable and helpful, they blew my mind.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was great and fab near to all the pubs and nightlife, sea front which is a bonus and other attractions. There was a spotless room on radiators. I had an electric kettle, central heating, and TV in it. Thoroughly enjoyed the location between tower & pleasure beach. This was my quite comfortable stay for an extra 2 nights.

Well, it was an excellent stay for an extra 2 nights. The staff seemed accommodating and pleasant. The hotel's position was great, close enough to st chads tram stop, and shops, piers and Blackpool Tower.

We truly enjoyed family room provided with radiators, a bar, as for instance. There was incredible food, the staff was accommodating.

Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this lovely quiet hotel. The location was perfect and magnificent, you can visit Paris Casino by walking. And it was also adjacent to all the shops and bars as well as the centre. No complains at all, the venue met needs.
