Well priced property, has very welcoming staff who accommodated every request.

A nice size units with the bathroom as well as the bedroom, and respectful staff. Early check-in and excellent service.

Delightful and fab meals. Friendly customer care, parking onsite.

The king room is functional, we also enjoyed absolutely gorgeous views.

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. The hotel was placed within 0.5 km of the airport.

The room I got was functional and budget with a double bed in, a box with a frosted window, for example. Had central location near tram stop.

Views are not so good and the bathrooms are very small.

It was fairly clean, everyone was kind. Its location was brilliant, just off a tram station directly outside and a bus stop. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

The hotel is lively, nestled in an amazing building with cheap rooms. Gorgeous meals with strong drinks. Absolutely brilliant sea views, great and brilliant location near shops, the seafront between the central and south pier and Blackpool for a Stag Do. Again, not far from Dean Village.

Everything was really good, including attentive staff who accommodated every request.

The hotel was lively and exceptionally clean with absolutely stunning views of the sea. It was in a prime location so close to a bus stop and the tram, the stadium and pier, and a tram station.

We had an excellent time. Appreciated our room, it was extremely spacious and had tea and coffee, and a kettle. The food from the attached restaurant was gorgeous!

The hotel was in a fab location, to everything we wanted to get to while we stayed in Blackpool.

Queen room was huge and updated where basic however beds really comfy. This hotel was set in a central area near wider attractions, tram stops & bus stops & great value for money and beach, short walk to the tower.

I strongly recommend it and would definitely stop here again. Everything is really good here, had a very nice stay for two nights. The location is magnificent, the staff is pleasant.

Brilliant and clean hotel, the staff is informative and kind. Make sure to get double room with a box with a frosted window, a big TV plus painted over. This place is in a great and brilliant location right in front of the stop. Attached restaurant has delicious food choices.

Room was reasonably spacious the food was lovely, 3 stars. The location was marvellous and fab, to the nightlife, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Frenchies, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

The best hip new hotel we ever visited previously. The venue had a central position next to the South Pier, the Pleasure Beach and Tower, and tram & bus. The food in the attached restaurant was great and delightful.

The units are new-fashioned, fashionable on main window. The location is good and the staff is really good. And it's at a short distance from downtown.

some of popular places such as blackpool zoo were next to this venue. 20 minutes walk from the train station. honestly nothing bothered me. i liked staying at new oceans.
