Loved our 3 nights stay. Excellent service, provided by the accommodating and superfriendly staff. The room we had included multi-channel television, a sitting area, and ironing facilities. Our hotel was in a great and decent location to a tram stop.

Enjoyed our neat room equipped with a socket next to the bed, a jacuzzi, for instance. Marvellous central location not far from the promenade North Shore within short walking distance to the main shopping centre / high street, Blackpool, and all entertainment tram and bus stops.

The units are airy, updated with a bathroom, a heater and a socket next to the bed. The staff are excellent and amiable and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is in a perfect and excellent spot right on the sea front.

The hotel staff are fantastic friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The service is very good with private parking available and outstanding meals. Besides, it offers free wifi to guests.

The location was great and lovely there, to the events in Blackpool. The breakfast was warm and gorgeous, well presented and with plenty of options.

I booked family room, it was compact and complete with jacuzzi, a seaview plus a hairdryer. The hotel had indeed a perfect and magnificent location close to everything the staff where great could n't do enough for people.

It was good value with a great décor. This location was marvellous and lovely, near to the tram to Fleetwood and shops and the seafront.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of the sea. The services were very good, including good hot breakfasts and private parking if needed. The food was outstanding, had a lot of options.

The location was great for traveling around Blackpool, just next door to the pier, right by the sea too and the communal areas.

Loved our 3 nights here. We lived in the guest room with much better cleanliness, bath towel, for example. The breakfast was absolutely superb for £4.95 and with excellent food. Marvellous location right next to the sea, all was fine.

Generally, the place was modern and had excellent and accommodating staff on shift. The location was central, stunning right opposite a tram stop very handy for travel up-and-down the promenade. Moreover, it was close enough to the town centre, the north shore and close to shops bars.

The room was well-organised, also it had smoke detectors. It was in the central location in bays.

We were in a great and decent location within easy walking distance of Illuminations. This hotel was set in a good area.

Though everything was absolutely fine, some of the staff were extremely rude.

The staff are EXCELLENT friendly, managed the parking nearby. The rooms are compact and new-fashioned with a seaview and bed up against a drafty window plus a shower.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with space to move around the bed, a lovely view, as for instance; everyone is welcome here.

I got complimentary twin room for 2 children under 2 years of age as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was hot and lovely for £4.95, with lots of good options. The hotel had a central location close to everything. Local fast food option Derby Supper Bar was 5 minutes walk away.

Modern hotel, breakfast each day was warm and the location on the north shore of Blackpool was marvellous. The atmosphere created was family. I liked the comfy bed and the family king room. Sea view was worthy, the stuff where excellant and amiable people on shift.

Booked the room with my brother for 4 nights and had a really good stay. Had good sleep at the twin room. Plus, I parked on site.

The room was spotless and huge, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels.

The staff from start to finish were affable. Its location at a moderate distance from Gynn Square was marvellous and reasonable. Also, the area was great.
