The overall atmosphere was family, nevertheless some staff members were not very friendly. Its family king room was neat with included wardrobe, a nice size shower, for example.

Cold bathroom and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Earl's Court tube station is just about 200 metres away. Please let the very friendly and amicable staff know of our gratefulness for a really really nice stay.

The location was magnificent and incredible, within walking distance of Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. The staff were very amiable and excellent, helped with any issues.

Had quiet 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. It was in a magnificent and brilliant location with Promenade nearby.
