Its location was marvellous and lovely, to trams into town. The staff was excellent and hospitable, quiet atmosphere.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

The place was fairly clean and staff was hospitable. Hotel's breakfast was delicious and superb with cereal and Sue's homemade jam, for example and could satisfy any taste. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and excellent, to the tower along the seafront.

The place was well-appointed and fully equipped, nothing too much trouble, recommend. Had good 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The property had a nice position, close to tram system. Besides, it was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well.

It was really overall clean and modern hotel, recommend. Everything here was very good, and the weather was lovely, truly enjoyed it. The location was quiet, next to front garden, the seafront and bus stop 5 mns. Besides, Staines Moor Country Park was 3 km away from the property.

Thanks to the very amiable staff everything was perfect, including plenty of brilliant food. I took a small double room with single bed, the top bedroom and very welcoming hosts breakfast.

I had a perfect 10/10 time here and would come here again. My double room was new-fashioned, liked it. The location was perfect, near all the Blackpool attractions and close to bus / tram stops. The downstairs bar was cosy and the staff were excellent.

Spent here 1 lovely day and would come here again. We only slept at the double room, but liked it. The location was peaceful, away from the more "lively "areas, in the very very nice area. The double room was exceptional in amazing condition. I had breakfast in the bar and everything was delicious. The location was incredible, not too far from St Mark's Church. Besides, it was very close to the North Crest, and trams.

Unbeatable and stunning location to The Winter Gardens. Positioned in the shopping area, not far from the sea front and town, tram, and the North Crest.

it is in magnificent location to blackpool beach, set near the hotel. the breakfasts are delicious and marvellous with every other option, pastry plus toast.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really really nice stay of next visit. The staff was hospitable and obliging providing assistance. You could leave a car nearby. The hotel had a peaceful location close to Genting Casino Blackpool. Downstairs bar was pleasant.

My stay was enjoyable for our next Blackpool visit. The breakfast was marvellous with every other option there to help yourself to and the staff were amicable. The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to a tram, transport and the North Crest. Local fast food option Dickson Pizza was 15 minutes walk away.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend, had an excellent stay. What's more, there's parking nearby.

Delightful breakfast was available. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Blackpool pleasure beach was located in the immediate surroundings. The building was gorgeous...
