It's fantastic base for sightseeing and exploring Blackpool. There is a wide array of good food for breakfast. The location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice right by tram station. No complaints whatsoever, we would recomand this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was excellent, to centre on the tram. Further, it was so close to Blackpool sea front, and lovely restaurant. The breakfast offered a great selection of options and was exceptionally nice.

No complaint, we really enjoyed staying in this place. We had an excellent 1 night stay. The family room with co- joined bathroom had all necessary amenities. That hotel was in a magnificent and great location, right by tram station.
