It is clean, fabulous hotel and the staff is really friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The rooms are neat, new-fashioned, and come with an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. Private bathroom is fairly clean. Good service and the food is gorgeous. Besides, for internet venue charges gbp 8 per 24 hours.

All the services were very good, the room was a nice size with bedroom, a full breakfast to alot of guests plus shower. The staff was attentive, kept everything tidy and good.

We had a nice bedroom. The hotel location was marvellous on the city's main promenade.

We stayed in standard family room in the bedroom which was a trailing socket next to the kettle. We had a warm breakfast, enjoyed the meal with porridge and beans, as for instance. There was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice staff and the service was excellent. The hotel was not far from near the sea front plenty of bars restaurants, the beachfront, and restaurant where cooked breakfast was being served thanks to its great and fab location.

Excellent service and fab location, great for our needs. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well. The standard family twin room with a lovely view, facilities worked for us.

The staff was amicable, the breakfast was good hot, everything was great. In our classic triple room there was a lovely view of the sea. Loved the configuration of the decent sized bathroom and there were an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk.

I was upgraded to a newly decorated standard twin room with a lovely view. Extra touches like an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were a treat, staff were very attentive and attentive. The accommodation had a central location to get to other end of promenade.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

It has great location in Blackpool as it's so close to all shops and near the sea front plenty of bars restaurants and takeaways as well as restaurant where cooked breakfast was being served. North Shore is a district that deserves exploring. The staff are lovely and fantastic, and the breakfast is nice hot.

We spent 1 night in classic triple room with the bedroom and the fresh towels plus a full breakfast to alot of guests. The breakfast was good hot with hasbrown black pudding tinned tomatoes over fresh as options and 10 quid 1 bacon and 1 overcooked egg, and had all you need. Truly enjoyed our very relaxing stay there a lot.

Don't forget to explore North Shore district. There is a wide array of delicious food for breakfast.

Brilliant and fabulous place with great views of the sea. Reasonably good staff and warm breakfast with lovely products. Really comfortable area, lovely location, short walk to the seafront. And also a minute walk from an art gallery.

Had a very relaxing stay by 2 nights. Everything was great as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was too small. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fab!

The location was marvellous and lovely in a really comfortable area, next to North Pier and the Tower as well as the shore. Spent a nice evening at Buddy's Takeaway, located very close to the venue.

We spent 1 night in newly remodelled and airy family room with a deep bath. Its decor was convenient.

Amazing views of the sea and a comfortable design. Free internet, parking onsite. Central location, within walking distance of Opera House Event Venue. Set not far from shops as well as the seafront in the very very nice area.

Thank you for the good stay by 2 nights. The location is unbeatable, 2 km from Central Beach. And it's based in a very very nice area close enough to Blackpool Tower as well as the restaurant.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the magnificent location. We had a room with sea views. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Within a walking distance of Mr Chips, where you can have lunch.
