The hotel has very helpful staff.

The pool area was great and the location was ideal and quiet, very close to stag parties, rowdy areas. Tried some takeout specials at Nando's Manchester, luckily it was relatively near the venue.

The location close to the beach was fantastic and lovely. I booked a deluxe room, it was recently refurbished and had a kettle and a couch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were always there to help.

We loved the stay, my room was bright and immaculate with a 2 seat sofa, a lovely hot shower and comfy beds. The food was great - lots of options.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from Central and Blackpool and all the shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Morgans, especially when it was windy outside. The breakfast was incredible and local with fried bread and decaf tea, for example, we liked everything.

We would like to come again, thanks a lot. Room was large plus the breakfast was very good. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. We appreciated to have evening drinks at Morgans, based nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean.
