It was brilliant hotel overall, everything was lovely, I would give it other than 3 stars.

Well heated & modern room with chairs & table. Easy to get to, particularly good location near pubs and clubs and Winter Gardens.

Welcoming staff and the room immaculately clean with tea or coffee, shower, a kettle. A bright interior. Great and fantastic position in one other establishment very close to Oasis.

We have booked twin room for 1 night, everything was perfect, it had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV. It included a lovely bed and a functional bathroom. The location was particularly good and perfect - adjacent to the sea front and local bars-, the shops and the multi storey car park and Blackpool-YES.

Our rooms were well heated and modern with plenty of hot water when required, tea or coffee plus comfy bed. The setting of hotel was particularly good, close to the train station.

The rooms are immaculate and huge here with a laminated note, comfy bed, as example. Everyone who works in the hotel is lovely and polite.

The great location was a walking distance from Methodist Chapel. The room was immaculately clean and huge with Wi-Fi and blinds included.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was wonderful. The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a medium distance from The Winter Gardens. What's more, it was close enough to theatres, the shops and nearby clubs such as Lulu's which is opposite the B+B. The place was good value.

Besides, the location was marvellous and fantastic for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a famous Victorian entertainment complex. The food was high quality, the breakfast was exceptionally nice.

Liked our stay, it's good value. We had an excellent time in this low cost hotel in Blackpool. It was about 10 km from the airport.

Local fast food option Finesse Fish & Chips was 10 minutes walk away. In general the service was excellent. The place turned out to be good value in comparison to other hotels.

we didn't feel like leaving, would definitely recommend. the location was magnificent, just a short walk away from opera house event venue. really enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's just a short walk away from the hotel. the cheerful staff made our experience fantastic.

They gave a double room with soft bed, chairs & table, as example as we booked. Lots of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.

It was good value with a convenient décor. The location was marvellous, not too far from Opera House Event Venue. All the staff were welcoming, accommodating.

All in all good value. And we where very close to the North Pier, loads of shops near Winter Gardens and seafront.

Such a nice experience. It was a low-budget place. Appreciated that we had a heating system and a radio in the suite. Management are the nicest people.

All in all really lovely stay. A 10-minute walk from coral island.

We loved this hotel. The venue had an IDEAL position. The hotel was perfectly located, within easy ride from Blackpool International airport.
