Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and homely, the location was marvellous on holiday at the seaside. We had family room with comfortable beds and someone's back garden.

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

Hotel was clean, and the location was magnificent. We had room which had central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a multi-channel TV and was well-equipped and beautifully maintained. Private bathroom was clean. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. Furthermore, the parking was on street and convenient. Stayed here for 2 nights and didn't feel like leaving.

The double room was cheap, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The bathroom was modern and the beds extremely comfy.

There was good food, the staff was amiable. Our rooms were a decent size and tidy with window open and twin beds.

The staff there were superfriendly and helpful. Excellent and incredible location, it was close to a bus station. Had lunch/dinner at Ciao Ciao, which I found within walking distance of the hotel.

This fully equipped and first-rate hotel occupies a very pleasant building in the classic style. The food is amazing and good. The staff are helpful and amiable, the location is incredible. North Shore district is worth seeing. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near a local shop which was open early. Will be back, nothing too much trouble, really enjoyed our stay.

The setting was magnificent, next to easy access via the tram into the centre as well as tram and bus links to town. Popped in A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
