The staff was very amiable and we will be back. Greatly enjoyed the compact and spotless guest room with a shared bathroom and the way it was setup.

The stay was absolutely very relaxing. My family members and I really enjoyed being there, it's great relaxing and homely hotel. Had magnificent location close to a tram stop, really close to a public park. And it was also so close to a nice quiet area of the North Shore and the Promenade.

As for me, the location was ideal and magnificent, right by a nice quiet area of the North Shore, tram stop and arcades. Restaurant Mowgli Street Food was located 20 minutes walk away. My room included iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set.

Had the double room and it was compact with a shared bathroom.

The room was nice & excellent with TV, the bedroom, for instance. The personnel was really friendly, and the host too.

Got the same guest room with a shared bathroom booked online, enjoyed that. The breakfast was marvellous and sensational and the parking was nearby. The hotel location was peaceful and handy to the pier's. The personnel was very amiable, and the owner too.

The rooms were outstanding and warm, had smoke detectors for safety. The location for Blackpool was handy and excellent, short walk to the tram stop to travel, a nice quiet area of the North Shore, and the North Pier. I had some drinks at Gynn Pub & Restaurant, positioned 500 metres away.

Had a relaxing stay with my dog, we spent 2 nights here, everything was very good. The location was perfect and nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Genting Casino Blackpool. The area was nice quiet very close to bars, arcades, the piers and town centre, the piers, Tower, dudgeons, madam tausards, bars, arcades, pleasure Beach.

The service was excellent and the location was particularly good. I found A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea making facilities inside the room.

The location was handy and ideal, really close to bars, arcades, town centre, the piers, Tower, dudgeons, madam tausards, bars, arcades, pleasure Beach and the North Shore. Everything was fine, nevertheless a few employees were a bit rude.

The place is homey and lovely and has marvellous location very close to seafront. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, and the host too. The hotel rooms are compact and comfortable with TV, a shared bathroom, for example.

The location in a very quiet area was good and lovely and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. The staff were pretty friendly yet not intrusive.

It became my favourite place to stay in Blackpool. Everything seemed perfectly fine, welcoming staff, comfy rooms.

We booked double room that was complete with the bedroom, TV plus 5 breakfast as advertised. Ideal and exceptionally nice location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed.

The room is exceptionally nice and excellent, that is important to us. The restaurant food is excellent, and the breakfast offered is amazing with fruit juice and the cheap cereals in containers saying Kelloggs.

Will be back cos I really enjoyed my stay. It's homely place to stay 2 km away from a restored Victorian pier. The hotel provides an exceptional service. Moreover, guests can use parking nearby. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to.

Clean hotel in a lovely building next to seafront and bus / tram and Blackpool. Marvellous location back to the pier's. For tea or coffee visit Rose's Cafe nearby.

The staff was friendly - we will definitely visit place next time. Quiet hotel, spend out time joyfully. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that there were an ironing set, television and a dining area in the room. Breakfast was perfect with a wide array of options🙂
