The place was clean with pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff members. Enjoyed the way our good value for money and well furnished double room with bathroom was arranged. The location of this hotel close to tram and bus as well as the nearest tram stop, which stops regularly along the sea front was quiet.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this clean non-smoking hotel. The breakfast was lovely and particularly nice with option to buy a voucher for cafe, the best I had in Blackpool. The setting was ideal and easy, next to the town centre, and main attractions. Explored Promenade, that is located a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent and unbeatable really close to at least a 5-10 minute walk, close to the sea and pier, and the nearest tram stop, which stops regularly along the sea front, a great way of getting round all of Blackpool's tourist attractions.

I had a good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was amazing just off prom and Nightlife, next doors back garden and close to the sea and pier. I was upgraded to great little small queen room with very comfortable beds.

Brilliant venue with unbeatable location close enough to train station, the attractions and Blackpool tower and shops car park and particularly nice breakfast. Public parking nearby provided. Everything really good.

The stay was thoroughly enjoyable; nothing too much trouble. The staff were very efficient, peaceful and handy location in next doors back garden. North Shore district was definitely worth visiting.

We lived in the triple room with tea coffee and bathroom. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of Promenade. The overall experience was really really nice, loved our stay very much and will come back.

It had incredible and brilliant location with access to The Regent Antique Store nearby. The staff was accommodating, kept everything clean and lovely.
