Thanks a lot guys for a really nice stay for 2 nights. Make sure you stay in the family room with tea/coffee, a black out curtain, as for instance. A microwave oven and an electric kettle are a nice touch. Everyone is affable and excellent and owner too.

Thanks all for a really lovely stay for 2 nights. The staff was very amiable and pleasant and the host too. Truly enjoyed the room, it was well-stocked and well-equipped with 2 single beds. The location was perfect, very close to all the attractions, in the very quiet area.

Good location between two tram stops, easy to get anywhere. Not far from the north pier and tram stop, a quite area which was a bonus and all tourist attractions in the area.

All in all everything was well-maintained, had a really really nice stay for 2 nights. The location was excellent and unbeatable, right by the promenade, the north pier, and all the main attractions. Also, an art gallery was located only 1 km away, could easily get there.

Lovely little and brilliant hotel located so close to Blackpool, tram stop and tram & bus. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to North pier and family atmosphere.

The breakfast was delicious, they served fabulous meals. The bed was lovely and the rooms were stocked. The staff were accommodating and the setting was excellent and ideal.

The hotel was in a central location to all tourist attractions in the area. The food for breakfast, especially coffee, toast, eggs, bangers, and bacon, was fine!

The staff was very amiable from the moment we arrived. There were lovely beds and sufficient WiFi, a TV set, and a kettle inside the room. The breakfast was delicious and included.

Was a wonderful base for trip. Well, it was a nice stay for 2 nights. The location was incredible and perfect, close enough to blackpool x, the north railway station and tower and all the other stuff. It also was close enough to get to everything.

tbh, had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. my family members and i liked being there. the venue was set in the central position not far from town center and blackpool. easily reached bella pizza, located within walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Our neat room was equipped with tea/coffee as well as fluffy towels. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of The Winter Gardens. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle.

The location was peaceful, not too far from Opera House Event Venue. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were accommodating.

The stuff was welcoming, approachable with every request. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to shops and tram and the piers.
