Unique and clean place, everything was lovely. We booked a single room with steps into the bedroom and truly enjoyed it.

Beautifully decorated and modern room and reasonably large bathroom. Bonus point for central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set.

Alcoholic drinks at cocktail bar, excellent service. Easy parking on site.

The rooms were fairly quiet and fabulous, and the bathroom was clean with a bath. The staff were informative, with extra attention to the details.

In overall, the place is fabulous, has brilliant and amazing staff on the reception desk. As for me, the location is super, to a local pub for breakfast. As for me the food is cheap, and they have a wide range of meals.

It was about 5 km from the airport. Patient staff, brand-new room - we had an ENJOYABLE experience.

The place was well-run, we enjoyed it. Extremely helpful and very amiable staff team on the reception desk, everything was absolutely fine. Family room was a decent size and brand-new. The hotel's location was unbeatable and excellent by the seaside. Also, Longford Pump was 4 km away.

The property is nicely presented, it has patient staff on the reception desk. The hotel rooms are practical and tidy with clean towels, really comfy bed, for instance. The location is central.

It was clean with exceptional staff on the reception desk. The setting was marvellous, not far from the many cafes and/or the wetherspoons up the road and bus stops. I often went to Mcdonald's Restaurant to pick up some food.

The rooms were recently decorated, the pool was nice, wonderful place. I was offered a room with fabulous views of the sea. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Everything was reasonably clean and absolutely fine. Practical and tidy rooms with beautiful views and the bar, extremely helpful staff. Very good customer care, parking onsite. Very quick check-in.

Plus, the location is good and perfect, minutes from Sandcastle Waterpark. The room is freshly decorated and there are lovely views of the sea.

Sincerely, it was a such great stay for a girly holiday. My room was fairly quiet and bright and the view to a sea view was excellent. The location in a good area was great and fab and there were convenience stores and shops nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed the nice restaurant.

The venue has exceptional rooms and very obliging and informative staff on the reception desk. It boasts amazing, lovely location very close to desert and restaurant for what was supposed to be christmas dinner.

This hotel was located in a central area not far from all three piers, the Queens on an Alfa tour, beautifully located on the front and the tower and pleasure beach with lots of restaurants about.

The staff were affable and the services were good. Thoroughly enjoyed the room on most tables, my bed was extremely comfy.

I asked for guest room, it was brand-new and great-sized. The bed was very clean and I liked a nice sized bathroom. The location was unbeatable and nice for me, in a great location right on the promenade.

The location was exceptionally nice, near Blackpool waterfront, the restaurant and reception and the South Pier, in a nice little area. Besides, South Pier was just 1 km away.

It was in a central location, next to the beach. I think the hotel was well-maintained and unique, would stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous views onto the sea view from our freshly decorated and new-fashioned room. Very comfy pillows and bed. Magnificent and unbeatable location in Blackpool, near to the tower and pleasure beach with lots of restaurants about, the sea front near the South Pier and all the shops around. Again, not far from Sandcastle Waterpark.

The venue is big and fairly clean with a good value and caring and highly efficient staff. The family king room is cool with kettle, the bedroom and coaches. Thank you for a lovely stay, I will be back.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright. All members of the staff were welcoming and exceptional.

Every time we stay in Blackpool, like to stay here. There is an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels - that's always a plus. They have strong beverages in the cocktail bar.

Everything is clean and lovely. The rooms are spotless and brilliant with clean towels and the staff are caring. The location it has next to Blackpool, and the promenade is incredible and brilliant. Also, I could reach Arcade, set relatively close to the venue.

We had a really great time. Booked a queen room with an electric kettle, central heating and an electronic key card. We appreciated the location that was central and near trams as well as the Queens. What's more, there was an amusement park a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The venue was clean and big. All the staff were consistently courteous. The room was spotless, provided us with shower, it was a really nice stay all in all. The location was unbeatable, close to south shore and the seafront.
