The service here was welcoming. Moreover, we parked the car onsite.

The property was lovely quiet and hospitable with amicable staff who deliver a good service. The bedroom was functional and compact. The bathroom was fairly clean here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully decorated rooms, plus the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel offered extensive and warm English breakfast with numerous options. Comfortable location, walk from a tram station, exactly where we wanted to be. Dined at Magna Hungaria, it was not too far away from the venue.

The stay here was wonderful for a weekend. We had an excellent bedroom. The location was great and easy - really close to the center, transport to Cleveleys and Blackpool and Blackpool for. Besides, it was about 15 minutes walk away from landscaped gardens.

Well-maintained property with top-class employees who deliver a good service. A nice size and reasonably priced room & nice looking bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet and ideal.

The place was clean, I booked the single room with sea views, everything was amazing. That hotel was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location, to the water park. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from North Shore.

The room was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The views across the sea were incredible! The most important was the staff - extremely helpful and very friendly people. Peaceful and easy location, it was walk from a tram station.

The breakfast is exceptional and incredible and the views of the sea are amazing. It's spotless with modern style bathrooms. Great location right next to the beach, you can walk everywhere.

Wonderful hotel, very nice staff, magnificent location close to the beach. Excellent rooms, exceptional breakfast. Lovely views out over the sea. Cold drinks at downstairs bar, friendly service. Not to mention free parking on-site.

The setting is fab and fantastic, really close to tram stop on the way out of Blackpoool, and bus stops and tram stops. Amazing staff contributes to create family atmosphere.

Had tastefully decorated twin room with lovely comfortable bed, TV and sea-view. It was in a perfect and quiet location just off tram stop right outside, and the beach great.

Our breakfast was superb and delicious and with numerous options, the staff was amiable. It had particularly good location, close enough to a very modern clean restaurant, shopping center, and the centre.

The twin room was tastefully decorated with sea-view. The setting was wonderful, right by tram to tower. It was good to be 1 km away from Oriental Chinese, serving short-orders.

Marvellous location, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with black pudding, numerous options, juices. Enjoyed coffee-making facilities and a hair dryer in the room.

Efficient and excellant staff who deliver a good service, did a nice job. The location was convenient, walk from a tram station, so it was really easy to travel around. It was a minute walk from Othello's Greek, where you can have lunch.

The rooms were newly remodelled and nicely refurbished with beautiful views of the sea. The bed was very comfy and the food was excellent.

We could n't recommend more this hotel, it was clean and high quality. The location was particularly good and beds where very comfy. The restaurant was modern, good service, excellant food.

Its location in Blackpool was particularly good, adjacent to Redbank shopping street as well as Close to tram / bus stops. The room was reasonably sized, with a particularly nice view of the ocean.

I stayed at the double room with sea view. The staff was efficient and excellent and great to deal with.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was absolutely superb with Sausage and juices and pastries. This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room with a lovely view.

Had 2 days in Blackpool, spending my time here lovely. My double room was brand-new and very well kept. I had a view of the sea from my window. As for me, the location was comfortable, just next door to a 10 minute walk to the sea front as well as most of the reasons people go to Blackpool for.

As for me, the location is marvellous, right on the beach. Don't forget to visit nearby Bispham Kitchen, they have best coffee ever.

There was a a little hard bed.

Overall the room is stocked, new-fashioned and includes a TV and a kettle. It has really clean facilities and offers extensive and nice hot breakfasts.

Everything was great during 1 day, truly enjoyed its marvellous location just off tram stop and beach and shopping center. The English breakfast was amazing, included reasonably priced dishes. The service was welcoming, no reason to complain. The hotel itself had a shared lounge and a pool table too. Everything met requests, I would like to come again.

Perfectly clean, great family run hotel, I loved updated rooms and efficient staff. The location was peaceful and easy, within easy walking distance of North Shore. The property was in a nice quiet area, not far from the Queens Plaza for 3 nights, and all the main attractions.

It had a good choice of meals for breakfast, including cereals and fruit.

Pleasant staff made my stay a wonderful experience. There was delicious breakfasts with Scottish options and every type of tea and juices. The team provided a superb service. A shared lounge and a pool table were a definite plus. The hotel was in a brilliant location just next door to the promenade as well as central Blackpool.

Actually everything was very GOOD, my next choice again in Blackpool. My room with big windows was a nice size and reasonably priced. Food in the downstairs bar was good.

Double room I stayed at was brand-new with absolutely beautiful view. The location was comfortable with a tram station walk from the accommodation. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Famille, they had some goodies, drinks.

This was a very enjoyable short stay because of howmuch we enjoyed our weekend. We ate at a clean restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Variety of food at the breakfast, we loved cereals and fruit.

Some people working there were a bit rude.
