the hotel was in a peaceful location, walk from the train station. we had lunch in yorkshire fisheries, located nearby. the bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was comfy. we had delightful food for breakfast with more than enough food.

All the rooms are spotless with a large bathroom and the staff are pleasant. The best thing is location - just off the bus, the Seaside, Blackpool. The Promenade Cafe with coffee & goodies is 400 metres walk away;))

Cosy units with water pouring through ceiling as well as the shower. Prime location in North Shore district so close to Blackpool, sea front and the train station.

The setting was marvellous, not far from the bus and tram shops, north pier, train station walking distance and Blackpool. Also, it was only 1 km from The Regent Antique Store.

The location was magnificent, close to Blackpool Central Library. The property was set in a fairly quiet area. We stayed in a family room with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

We had 2 nights in Blackpool, spend our time here excellently. The host was great! 15 mins walk to the centre.
