The staff are attentive and excellent, managed the parking nearby. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is good.

It is a well-maintained place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the really helpful and attentive staff. Its location is perfect and excellent, few metres away from St Chad's. Thank you for a very good stay.

The location was incredible and lovely, so close to Pleasure Beach and Tower, transport and the main attractions. The breakfast was fresh made with toast, juices and extra tea, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel had a central position close to the best shows and attractions, St chads tram stop and old bridge house Pub on Lytham road, and Blackpool has to offer. Food was good and amazing, enjoyed it.

The location is marvellous, it's in Blackpool Centre district not far from the amusement parks to the south. The breakfast is freshly cooked and the staff is excellent!

The hotel was in a lovely area, near the main attractions, both the centre and the pleasure beach, and trams on buses for 24 hours. We had a great stay in a long time.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a nice enough area, just off Blackpool, and the Rockdene. The venue's position was central. In a hurry we visited Golden Bowl nearby. Liked their hot drinks, served in the main bar.
