Rosebank Villa

We had a good bedroom. It had a comfy bed and included a big bathroom a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Stunningly beautiful venue, amazing food, magnificent location close to everything going on. Very professional and helpful staff and altogether a fun experience. Booked an a nice size and newly decorated room with good facilities and the spa bath.

Luxury units with absolutely massive bathroom. Unbeatable, ideal location near pretty much everything. Also - not far from arcades and beach.

I will be back, appreciated this brilliant and lovely hotel. All is great, I had a nice trip. The location it offers is great, short walk to Blackpool for a number of years and the shopping centre and theatres. There's The Marquis of Westminster with nice shots metres from the venue.

The staff was friendly and pleasant and the place was clean. Appreciated the double room for older children, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

It was reasonably clean, and the people were amiable and excellent. It was newly renovated, spotless and for older children. This hotel met expectations in every way, would recomand.

A nice size and recently refurbished units with a single bed. Bonus point for an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating. Ideal and incredibly comfortable setting, just next door to Blackpool centre, theatres, and sea front and central pier. Plus, close to Houndshill Shopping Centre.

Had the guest room which was luxury with good facilities. The employees were helpful and very attentive.

The venue is huge and overall clean with an excellent value and amiable staff. The location is marvellous and brilliant, 2 km from Central Beach. And it's not far from Blackpool, arcades, and centre.

This hotel was set in a central area not far from the Winter Gardens, Blackpool and Blackpool centre.

We appreciated the hotel and will be back. The location was brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from Coral Island Amusement Center. The room was luxury with a spotless bathroom. All of the staff was accommodating and pleasant.

The location was marvellous, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was pleasant! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having an electric kettle, central heating, iron and ironing board. Local fast food option Yorkshire Fisheries was 5 minutes walk away. I appreciated 2 nights there.

The stay at this quiet and fabulous hotel was a good one. The staff was amicable and made me feel at home. Central location was a plus. There was a downstairs bar.

Breakfast was SCRUMPTIOUS, we were provided with the queen room. 5 mins walk to the centre. Really enjoyed that there was Yorkshire Fisheries with short-orders short walk from the venue, super convenient.

we were very close to such places as blackpool zoo. the breakfast was scrumptious and had a wide array of options. we loved the fact that we chose rosebank villa.
