I had a full English breakfast, the food was good. I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a really nice stay.

Clean place with nice staff. Beautifully designed hotel, 0.5 km from Blackpool International airport.

The location was particularly good and excellent for me, close to all the bars in Blackpool. Also, this hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like Hordron Edge Stone Circle.

Polite staff at all times.

Appreciated this family-run hotel, and we would stay here again. Spent 2 nights here with our son, had a very nice stay overall. The bedroom was cheap and a nice size. It had a huge bathroom and a comfortable bed.

The hotel was in a perfect and lovely location really close to the town centre and the beach for what we wanted it for. Enjoyed great value triple room with breakfast included, wouldn't mind staying there all day. There were a kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board provided.

The place was clean, a nice size and cheap rooms. Everyone was pretty friendly and polite. We loved rooms with breakfast included. The location was particularly good, really close to the Blackpool tower, and the central pier, in a very very nice area. Dessert restaurant Cake Tin Delights located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Came here for weekend, had lovely 1 day overall. The staff was welcoming and amiable, offered good services. The location was excellent, on the alley outside! Also, I was 10 minutes by walk from Comedy Carpet.

The room was neat and it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets, that's cool. The service was good during my stay. The location was central, unbeatable close to the sea side.

It has magnificent central location on the alley outside. For tea and goodies visit mazzei cafe, located close by.

Quiet place to stay 1 km away from Opera House Event Venue. Brilliant stuff, spotless rooms with a bathroom. Marvellous, magnificent location in the very very nice area. Good service with appetising cooking. Great choice for weekend.

a wonderful base for exploring blackpool. besides, the property had free wifi. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

We spent 1 night and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We really enjoyed the room with a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities.
