I was given generous-sized and brand-new room just how expected it to be with a large screen TV. The location to a tower and a theatre set close to the hotel was excellent.

Overall it was great value, with a private bathroom. The hotel had a central location very close to centre. The services were very good, offered us free Wi-Fi.

The venue is fairly clean and big, views are magnificent, the location is excellent near cafes McDonald's down the street as well as train station. The atmosphere is quiet with very efficient staff with quick service & efficient service by staff.

The standard twin room was functional, newly decorated, with a luxurious bathroom. Had particularly good and unbeatable location then to be woken after finally managing to get to sleep by the sounds scaffolding works followed by what sounded like the bin men having races with the industrial bins up-and-down the alley way, close to Chinatown.

Every detail of this good well run and 1st class property was superb. Well-trained and very friendly efficient staff who was non stop service, had a very nice attitude. The hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location, in the restaurant over the past 12 months. Found The Washington with perfect drinks 100 metres away.

We had a twin bedroom. The location was great and lovely, short walk to Tower and winter Gardens, conferences with work and the shops and theatre and easily accessible. Explored Manchester Town Hall, that is located at a short distance from the hotel.

I had a functional double room with an excellent view of the tower. The location was great, easy to locate from the train station with easy access to shopping centres and all the main shops. Plus, I was relatively close to Comedy Carpet.
