Nicely decorated property with an absolutely superb breakfast. Comfy bed, beautifully decorated and spotless room. Pretty nice bedroom, perfect location.

Food was fabulous and fab; the staff were fairly friendly. I greatly enjoyed it.

Overall had really nice stay in mid September. The hotel was in an excellent location really close to the shops and pubs, the boardwalk and the Tower and Nightlife. Café Cafe Modern Two located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Truly enjoyed cheap and tidy room with comfortable bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast was marvellous with a great selection of meals.

The room was clean with comfortable bed as well as a fan, and all other comforts. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and incredible location near to all the attractions, the boardwalk and tram stop. There was Tony's Grill nearby to grab something to eat.

The room was absolutely spotless and cheap, appreciated my exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was very central, so close to the Rutlands, Nightlife, and the beach and the boardwalk. I came across King Edward Vii, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.

The rooms are cheap and also spotless. The breakfast is superb and amazing, and the location is incredible near to the centre of Blackpool, the promenade, and tram stop. The staff is amicable and accommodating.
