The food served was good. The staff was competent and the owner too. The location of the property was perfect, near to centre. Loved that it was set close enough to all the attractions, and sea front.

Double room with a cosy bed. Iron/ironing board, multi-channel TV, and a coffee maker — very useful. Good location in a pretty quiet area, adjacent to pubs and all the big attractions and town centre. Excellent food in the restaurants such as Jaipur of India, located 10 min away.

An electric kettle, central heating, and TV available in the single room. Exceptionally comfortable beds, good bathroom.

The single room is incredible with toiletries, TV, for instance. The venue is placed in a central position close to the seafront.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was bright, it had magnificent location right by all the big attractions and town centre, shops beach and Tower and the Railway Station. We had a nice bedroom.

Excellent people working here, little and fabulous place. Marvellous and excellent location for visiting cafés and bars.

The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfy, will be back. The staff were attentive and the setting was great and stunning. Plus, we stayed approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic fortress.

The room was spotless and that was excellent. The hotel was just next door to shops, North pier, pubs and clubs, and all the big attractions and town centre thanks to its marvellous and magnificent location.

The hotel's location was perfect, very close to the recommended cafe with 10 % discount vouchers as well as all the big attractions and town centre. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was good! The staff was really helpful and attentive, the room was brand-new.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a brilliant experience. We asked for a great value and reasonably large room with toiletries, wi-fi, for instance and got one. This bright and comfortable hotel was in central location near the beach. What's more, it was so close to Train station, sea front and train station, and all the big attractions and town centre.

Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to Blackpool as well as Scarlets. Marvellous and incredible location - not too far from Methodist Chapel.

The location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from English lights festival. Had spotless room with wi-fi, TV plus drinks for a real good stay.

We liked this place. Everything was good, nonetheless we stayed for 4 nights only. It was in a central location, in a quiet area. Moreover, it's just off Blackpool and the promenade.

Would definitely go again, thanks. The location is magnificent, the breakfast is also good. Thoroughly enjoyed the standard double room, it was very clean every time we got back. The host was best. 15 mins walk to the centre. We dined out at Mr Chips, set just walking distance from the hotel.

Would be happy to recommend and will be back. By the way, hotel charges GBP 6 per day for parking.

You can also visit Promenade Restaurant that offers EXCELLENT meals. We had an excellent stay. Really conveniently located hotel.
