The setting was excellent, so close to night life so peaceful, and beach and tram. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Staines Moor Country Park.

Cheerful place with lovely staff, everything was great. We booked family room with the bedroom as well as ice.

I stayed here for 2 days and would definitely book again. Had bright family room with chocolates, Prosecco plus love heart above bed.

Incredible and lovely breakfast, magnificent location short walk to 1min to tram route to get to Blackpool tower ECT, the tram stop of The Cliffs and the town center. Ideal, immaculate rooms with an electric kettle, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment.

It had great and perfect location right by Blackpool at approx 10 30 in the morning, The Cliffs and the town center. Had a special stay overall, the room I stayed in was good sized and immaculate with the bedroom, a 4 poster bed, as example.

I greatly enjoyed English breakfast, the food was brilliant. The hotel was in a marvellous and perfect position just off the promenade.

The location was perfect, right in the town center, and the bed very comfy.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was little, it had magnificent location near to a lovely cafe. Throughout the day staff were very very nice.

The breakfast was gorgeous and had lots of meals.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would like to come again. The hotel exceeded high expectations, it had a perfect location with amazing staff. We didn't have time, nevertheless the English breakfast looked marvellous.

The personnel was very very nice and really kind, and the owner too. The location was marvellous for me. The hotel was in a good area.

Good and unbeatable location nearby a tram station, that was handy. Went to Gynn Pub & Restaurant for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The atmosphere created was family. The room was immaculate and spotless, complete with Prosecco, a bottle of Prosecco on ice and the bedroom. The breakfast had lots of excellent food and drinks.

We had the king room which was impeccably clean and ideal with comfy beds. The food was brilliant - a great selection of options.

The staff were incredibly nice and the setting was absolutely perfect. The hotel was in a very pleasant area, next to tram, and town center.

The guest room I stayed in was spotless and bright in all bedrooms. Central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set were provided.

Hotel's location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, right in the town center.

Absolutely fantastic and amazing breakfast to start the day. Big and immaculate units in all bedrooms and courteous staff. Marvellous location for our visit to Gynn Square relatively close to the hotel.

Particularly good spot not far from the tram stop of The Cliffs, taxi's to go on a night out and the south pier. Wonderful & amazing unit with a bottle of Prosecco, love heart above bed as on the picture and the bedroom.

The room was neat and equipped with the bedroom, a bottle of Prosecco on ice, chocolates as described. The dining area served plenty of meals for breakfast. The staff were courteous and informative without being intrusive.

We didn't have time and missed the English breakfast.

The total stay was very comfortable for the weekend. We had a neat room in the lovely building. The location was brilliant there, to tram route. Apart from that, The Winter Gardens was 15 minutes' drive away.

The staff we met were kind of rude.

Everything was great here. The breakfast was amazing with lots of dishes. The double room was immaculate in all bedrooms and the location was perfect. The staff was informative, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. North Shore district was worth visiting.

The stay here was very comfortable, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with brilliant location so close to Blackpool at approx 10 30 in the morning, and pub to go in overall very nice stay.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Very comfortable overall experience. It's a pleasant nice basic hotel with welcoming and courteous staff members. Plenty of food for an English breakfast.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were kind of rude. It was in an unbeatable location with Genting Casino Blackpool nearby.

Comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble, we would definitely recommend. The breakfast was freshly cooked & parking was on site. Spotless unit.
