Had a really good stay with my grandchildren, we spent 2 nights here, everything was exceptional. Its location in Blackpool was absolutely perfect, very close to bus stops and tram stops, and trams. Plus, North Shore was close by. The staff was superfriendly and excellent - I will be back.

The location was particularly good as for me, next to centre, beach and bus and tram stops and the Tower along the sea-front. I was offered a savoury full English breakfast. The staff were pretty friendly and accommodating in the whole hotel.

Newly remodelled, new-fashioned units provided with 2 single beds, bedrooms plus great shower.

All the staff was excellent, tackled my issues. It was newly decorated, great-sized and in the fold down bed. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and fresh towels was a bonus.

We loved this place, it's brilliant. The location is marvellous and peaceful, 3 km from a 154m-high tower. The English breakfast is the best.

make sure you stay in the triple room with a kitchen, 1 foldable bed plus a kettle. the rooms include smoke detectors for safety measures. the best thing is location - short walk to tram stop.
