The breakfast had plenty of delightful options, and was lovely. Loved the location in a pub down the road. A cool bonus was Friends Bar & Grill, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Truly enjoyed this lovely family run hotel: good food and amicable stuff. It had perfect and peaceful location next to the main attractions, town centre and night life and the trams and buses. It also was to Preston train station.

Would stay here again as it was a very comfortable stay for another long weekend ca nt wait for next year to see you both again love from the Exeter girls. The staff is nice, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is marvellous right by Preston train station, and all the main attractions.

I appreciated my stay at this perfect hotel, well-kept and spotless rooms. The breakfast was gorgeous, they make plenty of meals. The location was very central, close to the shops and bars of Blackpool, the winter gardens, and a pub down the road. I visited Red Pepper, based few metres away from the property, had dinner there. It made my trip to Blackpool a really comfortable experience.

The breakfast was gorgeous, featured plenty of meals. The rooms were well-kept and immaculate, included a good coffee and a storage. It was very close to Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum, thoroughly enjoyed its location so close to everything. Everything here was first-class, I would stay here again.

My stay was excellent on bank holiday weekend. The breakfast had a great selection of good food and drinks. I appreciated that it had quiet and absolutely perfect location close to the centre. And it was also close enough to a pub down the road, promenade and the main attractions.

Plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent! The location was great, near such places like a tower and a church. The property was set in a local area. This was my fantastic stay on bank holiday weekend.

Accommodating staff all over the place. Stopped by Coral Island Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's a few steps away from the venue, recommend. Comfortable base for 1 night.

Staying within walking distance of everything we needed, like blackpool tower. The location was perfect. One of the dining options, Reads Grill, was 15 mins walk away❤
