The staff was excellent with excellent services. Its location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, next to Pleasure beach, Blackpool, and promenade. Besides, Colnbrook West was 5 km away from the venue.

Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was great of 2 nights.

No complains at all, I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Original venue with amiable staff, has incredible location to the waterpark. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Original hotel, all of the staff where amiable and very knowledgeable, incredible location directly opposite south pier. They provide an English breakfast with variety of options. My family room was immaculate, had a lovely bed. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was excellent.

All in all a fine stay, the venue met required needs. Everything seemed lovely, amicable staff, fantastic rooms. My room included a storage and a hair dryer. There was marvellous breakfasts with jams and the vegetarian sausages, as for instance. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Stayed here for 10 days, appreciated the hotel, it was perfectly clean with magnificent location a very close to the sea front.

All in all they offer exceptional service. The hotel serves English breakfasts. Everyone who works in the venue is cooperative and helpful. The location of the venue is perfect and excellent, just next door to the south pier and water park and pleasure beach, bus stops and the seafront, and tower and other attractions.

This lovely little hotel occupies a really great building in the original style. The staff are lovely friendly and affable, they keep the place exceptionally clean. Make sure you stay in the family room on the upper floors. There is a microwave and an electric kettle. And it's 5 km from Blackpool International airport.

Overall had such wonderful stay of 2 nights. Comforts of lovely little and immaculate suite on the upper floors were fabulous. A microwave oven and an electric kettle were provided.

The service was exceptional! As for me, rooms were good value for money on the upper floors, they offered wake-up service. Its staff was cooperative and helpful. The position of the hotel was perfect and excellent, close to a tram stop which will take you to the tower.

We booked a suite and it was immaculate, exceptionally comfortable beds. Appreciated their excellent service. Wake up service and ironing were available for free too.

Stopped by Heritage Coffee Shop to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend.

The room was neat and warm, had essentials, like shower facilities and a hair dryer. The location was incredible, close to Grosvenor Casino Blackpool.

The breakfast variety is marvellous with jams and the vegetarian sausages, as example, excellent service. The personnel is pleasant.

It was impeccably clean, I would definitely return here. The hotel was family-run, spent my time lovely here. This accommodation had a central setting to the waterpark.

It was impeccably clean with cooperative staff. We were met by ATTENTIVE, knowledgeable personnel. The location was brilliant and prime for walking around Sandcastle Waterpark.

This was an original family-run hotel in a prime location. We asked for an immaculate room with bathroom, even a birthday cake plus the bed myself n son was in and got one. Exceptional service during our real good stay. The family feel of the venue.

One of our favourite spots coral island was adjacent to this place. Location was marvelous, just 15 minutes to pleasure beach train station by walking. Perfect for holiday❤
