Well-maintained and truly exceptional hotel with supper friendly team with excellent service.

The staff was very welcoming, pretty friendly, and responded promptly to requests. The food was outstanding and the breakfast was the best and marvellous.

Perfect location in a fantastic area near excesses of Blackpool nightlife, all local attractions and central pier. Plentiful and delicious options for breakfast with yogurt and toast.

The hotel was located just off restaurants and the Tower and North and South Beach, Sealife Centre. The staff were accommodating throughout my visit. Loved the family room for tea making, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was particularly good, only 5 minutes walk to Houndshill Shopping Centre. I had a really nice stay and would book again!
