Comfortable low cost hotel for shopping. King suite with a fan as well as clean shower. Quiet atmosphere and terrific service.

The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was nice.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location not far from Coral Island, and the main shopping area and Blackpool Tower. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Modern One, they had some goodies, drinks.

Fabulous and spotless place with efficient and excellent staff. Quiet location close to everything within easy walking distance and easy access to a market and shops. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Princes Street Gardens. Fabulous food, especially marvellous breakfast.

We got room with delightful decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax.

We booked double room and loved it.

Had very good 2 nights here. The staff were friendly efficient and efficient at all times. My king suite was immaculate and modern. I appreciated the fact that hotel serves lovely and marvellous breakfasts. Its location near a 1st ever fully licensed distillery was perfect. The property was set in a nice quiet area. Came here for shopping, recommendable.

totally fantastic stay for the bank holiday weekend. fairly clean hotel in a nice building near blackpool, the town centre and enough to the main shopping area. english breakfast with plenty of fine meals to choose from. bright and immaculate rooms, spotless bathroom. handy location of the property near station. plenty of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. by the way, parking fee - gbp 6 per day.

Hotel offered tv in the reception. When we came, the owner met us and was frendly. The beds are comfy to sleep on. Location was quiet, just next door to where we needed to be. We greatly enjoyed to chill in the nearby Frenchman's Cove.
