Small family run hotel in a lovely quiet area near to the Winter Gardens, and Blackpool vs Burnley. Twin room with TV, clean towels, a perfect view.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

We appreciated the facilities offered by this charming small hotel. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. It was also next to shopping centres. The restaurant had excellent food.

Truly enjoyed this place, it was brilliant and exceptionally friendly. The bed was lovely, and the room itself was spacious. The staff were lovely and great and the location was brilliant right on the Promenade on the North Shore.

The hotel was fairly clean with tastefully decorated and airy rooms and helpful staff. There was lots of great meals. The location was best possible and ideal for traveling around Blackpool, near to the North Pier, a tram stop near to accommodation, and the tram route. Local fast food option Wok Inn was 20 minutes walk away.
Well, the views were not very good here.

The room was neat and with fresh towels, TV, a double bed. Location: the hotel was near North Pier as well as illuminations.
Views were not very good.

It was a great stay, charming small and comfy place. It was useful base for travelling to Blackpool, I was glad to stay there. I loved that the hotel was 11 minutes drive from the airport.

The location was GREAT for us. Best resort experience. For dinner we visited Yorkshire Fisheries, set only 400 m away. We liked the fact that we chose st james.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
