The staff is extremely friendly here, the services are exceptional, and location is quiet adjacent to the coast, the central pier and coral island and tram stops great pubs local. Make sure you stay in the double room with shared bathroom.

Newly decorated room, charming little, with toiletries. A lot of good food at breakfast time. Quiet and ideal location in Blackpool Centre district short walk to the Seafront. They provided exceptional service.

The hotel is homey and tidy with outstanding food and amiable staff. A good choice of products for an amazing and sensational breakfast. Perfect setting, close enough to great pubs, the beach and south pier and pleasure beach and the sea. The service is great.

A wide array of great food, I appreciated it. The setting was quiet and ideal, right by the south shore, the South and North Pier and the sea front. Again, the hotel was not very far from Coral Island Amusement Center.

My favourite property in Blackpool. Great family run hotel with nice design. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location not very far from Lucemajicus. A 10-minute ride to the airport.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, it had good and unbeatable location very close to Blackpool's attractions. The room was modern with single bed and the staff very pleasant and incredibly nice.

Clean hotel in a pretty building not far from Blackpool as well as North Pier. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a kettle, central heating and a TV. Spacious bedrooms, welcoming and amazing stuff. Brilliant location with parking onsite.

All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Blackpool. The bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it. The staff were attentive, accommodating, did all they can for a very pleasant stay. The hotel was located about 20 minutes walk from centre.

the room was excellent and outstanding, helpful staff. we had goodies and coffee at teapot cafe, it was located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

position a few steps away from everything we need, like sandcastle water park. one could dine at restaurants such as the auctioneer 10 minutes away.

We stayed adjacent to our favourite places such as blackpool tower. Free WiFi was working perfectly. We loved everything. Perfect for weekend.

We visited north pier that was next to the hotel. We do recommend it to family.
