Brilliant and clean hotel with lovely staff and exceptionally good views of the sea. Brilliant service, satisfactory and sensational breakfast.

Enjoyed Blackpool, the hotel was great and excellent near to the train station. There were a balcony and coffee in my comfort triple room. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath. The venue was in a marvellous and brilliant location next to can easily get to other parts of Blackpool by walking, Coral Island and the Stuart. It was good to be 1 km away from Pablo's, serving short-orders.

The quadruple room with baths had all necessary amenities. The location was magnificent and the staff was lovely during the whole stay!

Classic quadruple room with very light coloured blinds accommodated us perfectly. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal and the staff were caring. The service was excellent as we had expected.

Wonderful old-fashioned hotel with decent value, we had a fantastic stay. This accommodation was in the central location to pay extra for parking on the sea front.

The location in a nice enough area was great and fab. I truly enjoyed that it was set very close to a tram station. I had a budget and spotlessly clean room with a great decor.

Amazing location of the hotel to pay extra for parking on the sea front. Double room with coffe, full size bath plus tea & coffe making facilities.

The breakfasts were excellent with veggie option and all items cooked well, as example, couldn’t ask for anything better. The location was marvellous and incredible, short walk to a 5 minute walk from pleasure beach and the closest tram stop. Also, a sculpture gallery was 3 km away.

The location was comfortable at the south shore, you may take train on Pleasure Beach train station within 15 minutes walk from here.

Every time we stay in Blackpool, like to stay here. The breakfast is astonishing and amazing with veggie option and all items cooked well, as for instance, lots to choose from. The staff is caring, an absolute asset to this the place. The hotel is in the central location outside in the lovely beer garden.

The hotel was little and clean, had particularly good views of the sea. The location was amazing, not far from the communal areas and rooms. A cool bonus was Mi Kandy, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We had a quadruple room and it was spacious and perfect. The location of the hotel was great and brilliant, to go into town for the night life. It was lovely and absolutely brilliant and we will be back.

The rooms are spotless and huge with a balcony, so that guests have essentials. The best thing is location - really close to local shops, Blackpool. There's Mi Kandy not very far from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The total stay was really lovely for one night. All the employees were attentive and incredible. The room I stayed in was neat and perfect with the bathroom and tea. I liked the sensational variety at breakfast. Besides, parking was available on-site.
