We asked for triple room and it was airy with see view.

Family room with a view. Coffee and a kettle were convenient.

The property was immaculately clean with pleasant and amiable staff. Had spotless and airy room with see view, and I couldn't ask for more. A lounge and a kettle worked well.

The room was bright and spotless, with a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom was clean, with a walk-in shower.

I have had a very nice experience, this ideal, spotlessly clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. The room was good sized and airy with with tea/coffee etc, see view, as for instance, had good night sleep. I recommend the place.

Airy unit with a view. Great location very close to Central and south pier, the promenade facing the sea and pleasure Beach to the left and bars and food shops, could not be better.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was ideal with good and absolutely perfect location anywhere on the seafront. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and well enough space, Wi-Fi, and a lounge inside the room.

Got the same triple room booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The bathroom was clean, with a shower and bath sheets.

The hotel is fabulous with very pleasant staff and sea views. The atmosphere of the venue is family! The family room is wonderful and neat. Glad to have a lounge, coffee, and a kettle. The location is in a particularly good and absolutely perfect spot close to all amenities.

The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative, and the atmosphere was family, mainly due to the staff. Family room we stayed at was bright with see view. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was cheap.

Everything was perfect, including outstandingly accommodating staff and magnificent location right by everything within walking distance. There were great-sized and airy rooms with a view.

We spend 4 nights in Blackpool lovely. The location in a very nice area was particularly good and absolutely perfect. We concluded the day with a sightseeing Grosvenor Casino Blackpool a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly welcoming.

The location for Blackpool was great and unbeatable, next to Central Pier, the establishment, and a Yates pub. Great to be 300 metres away from Mcdonald's Restaurant, enjoyed our meal there. We were offered triple room complete with see view, an open window, as for instance.

Spent 1 night here with my family members, had a very relaxing stay overall. The hotel had a central location and it was close to St Peter. And I were really close to the sea front and the centre. The pleasant and great staff provided all the necessary info.

The location was magnificent and best possible, for example, South Pier was not too far from the venue. Everything was great, yet a few employees were unwelcoming. The food served was cheap. Incredible position was an added bonus. It was across the nice area.

Fabulous and relaxing hotel located in a very very nice area short walk to the South Pier, seafront, and Blackpool sea front. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Nothing too much trouble, I appreciated this place, would definitely recommend. The location was marvellous and brilliant, within easy walking distance of Promenade. The area was very nice just next door to the sea front as well as the promenade. My double room was light, had an extremely comfy bed.

Relaxing base for one night, felt like home. We liked our stay; the views and location were good. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Texas Steak House, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Central pier was around the corner. Very close to blackpool south train station, something around 25 minutes on foot. We would be happy to recommend & would come here again. One of the dining options, the sun inn, was 15 mins walk away.
