The hotel provides an amazing service.

I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and fine bathroom, budget room. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were provided. The location in a very quite area was marvellous and fab.

I booked a suite, it was newly renovated and had an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. The breakfast was served in the dining room and the food was great.

All of the staff members were superfriendly and immensely pleasant.

The hotel is fantastic with a quiet ambience, our stay was pleasant. Their breakfast option with an extra slice of bacon and bacon and the same portion is plentiful and absolutely fantastic, put others we have been to shame! The employees are very attentive and helpful.

Everything was brand-new, unbeatable location short walk to the nightlife, nice experience. Overall the staff was immensely pleasant and amiable. The room was airy and budget and with breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with cereal options, so much to pick from.

Homely place overall, it is perfectly clean, location is particularly good and fab in a very quiet area about a mile from the centre of Blackpool. The staff is excellent friendly, and the owner too.

There were a storage and a lounge in my king room. It was with a spacious bathroom, breakfast was plentiful and fantastic.

The breakfasts are incredible with cereal options, premium items and bacon. Everyone is fantastic friendly and owner too.

I did not want to leave there, spent really nice time and would recommend. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the staff was amicable, the grounds were perfectly clean. Good and fab location, a tram station was nearby the hotel. The place was extremely close to Jaipur of India, where you can have dinner. The room was good sized with ironing board at hand to use as well as large TV, at least for me.

It made my trip to Blackpool a wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the place, it was gorgeous and homey and worked for me. The hotel's staff was exceptionally pleasant.

Truly enjoyed my very nice stay during the next holidays. The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was good-sized and newly decorated with breakfast. A storage and a lounge where useful.

The venue is perfectly clean and reasonably large, views are magnificent, the location is great and lovely not far from the bus stop, beach / seafront and a large pub. We stay in standard queen room quite often, it is neat and airy. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant, as well as host.

The double room was spacious with very clean beds. The hotel had peaceful and perfect location not far from the sea front and trams and a large pub that did great food also. Local fast food option Bentley's Cafe was 5 minutes walk away.

Tbh, had a really nice stay for a good weekend away. The hotel was overall clean, facilities were clean, particularly good location next to the main attractions and shops and a large pub that did great food also.

It's fairly large low budget hotel, everything is perfect here. All in all it's neat place, they have extremely comfy beds. A tram station is nearby the property, very central location. We would recommend, to anyone staying in Blackpool.

I had a king room included with large TV, a single bed, as for instance. Very central location was a plus. The stuff where amazing, polite, will be back.

I had pleasant days staying at this family-friendly hotel. Everything was perfect during 2 days, loved its quiet location close to trams. The place had a quiet atmosphere.
