The breakfast was sensational, the staff was welcoming. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from Promenade. Besides, it was near to Blackpool, town centre and the seafront.

This was my second very nice stay here and I will be back. Everything was excellent during 1 day, loved its perfect location near to Blackpool and the centre and a quiet area. The full English breakfast was perfect and with coffee or tea. All the staff was terrific, fixed my issues. The vibe here was quiet. Had the option to leave my car nearby.

All in all everything was good, had a great stay in February 2015. Overall it was spotless with an excellent breakfast. The location was magnificent, relatively close to a 154m - high tower. I did not want to leave and will come back.

Good position, GORGEOUS breakfast, private parking. 10 mins walk to the centre. We went to Red Pepper, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel, to have some dinner. We appreciated our stay.
