The breakfast was devine with toast, wine plus offerings for all diet preferences, exactly what we required.

Ordered breakfast, it was cold, it should be better, really.

I got a fully-equipped room with own bathroom. Everything was outstanding, though a few employees were kind of rude. Its service was exceptional.

This accommodation had a central setting close to the Promenade. Tried some takeout specials at Grub, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Tbh, had a very enjoyable stay for 1 night. The hotel was immaculately clean and in a perfect location, the staff were extremely friendly. We got nice hot breakfasts with offerings for all diet preferences.

Fab location overlooking street and short walk to Blackpool for dance competitions, Sutton park because of the Tripadvisor reviews and the Sutton Park Guest House for the last three years. Very comfy beds in our family room.

The atmosphere is quiet with super-friendly personnel. The location is fantastic, the breakfast is hot and devine. The downstairs bar is comfortable.

Food was delicious and I have nothing but great memories from this trip. Appreciated the place, it was nice little and worked for me. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a 19th - century pier.

Place was perfectly clean and perfect. Rooms with own bathroom-always hot water had a quiet atmosphere. It was right by Winter Gardens, and the beach, marvellous and lovely location overall. Also, St Chad's was right at.

The staff are extremely friendly and excellent and the room is top-notch with tv off ours. The hotel is situated in the central location to the Tower & Pleasure beach.

Had essentials needed in the quadruple room, including a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. The staff were affable and helpful.

The accommodation had a central location right near to a tram stop. It was around 10-15 minutes walk from Quik Quid Bakery, serving fast food. Both rooms we booked were reasonably spacious and budget with coffee and bedroom 1 plus toiletries, the stay was fantastic.

I got complimentary superior king room with tea, coffee and biscuits as an upgrade, nice gesture.

It has FAB and brilliant location so close to the seafront.

The venue is ideal, reasonably clean and the location is particularly good and fab close enough to the Sutton Park are doing to keep guest safe, the stadium and Blackpool for the Rangers/Liverpool Legends football match weekend. The hotel serves delicious breakfasts with offerings for all diet preferences. Make sure you stay in the budget double room with coffee and fresh milk clean towels. Excellent staff, they know their business.

I was upgraded to spotless superior king room with tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff members were accommodating.

We truly enjoyed the superior king room which was airy with all possible amenities. Tea and coffee, and a hair dryer were there too.

The best part of our delightful stay was the devine breakfast with toast. The room we had was budget and spotless with fresh milk clean towels.

Nice little accommodation with incredible setting really close to the seafront between the south, the main promenade and the town centre.

The room I got was brand-new with hot chocolate as well as tea. The location was unbeatable in a slope and the staff here was excellant. Again, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from Sandcastle Waterpark.

Loved the hotel, it is 1st class and exceptionally clean, has good and fab location very close to the beach. All the staff was excellent, fixed my issues. I booked a family queen suite for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Location: the property was short walk to central as well as Sutton park.

The location is central. The family suite is airy with a selection of complimentary goodies including cheesecake, feminine products, very comfy king-size bed. The atmosphere is quiet and everyone from the staff are accommodating and wonderful.

Central location next to the seafront between the south and central piers, Blackpool and the Sutton Park are doing to keep guest safe, it was in a nice area. Blackpool Centre district was worth exploring. Had welcome drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening;)))

Loved our quadruple room. We had a comfortable bed, shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. It had central location close to St Peter.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was fabulous and immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We got a room with a walk-in shower. Its location was central, next to St Peter.

We would book here again when visiting Blackpool. A view of the street from our window. Lovely owner running the hotel. It also had private parking.

The food was savoury and the bed was comfy. Found a place called Frenchies, set around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel, ate there a few times.

2 minutes away from south pier. perfect for weekend.
