Easy to get to, excellent and incredible location very close to the Central Pier, the sea front and the beach and shops. 15 minutes walk from Edinburgh Castle.

The place was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had family room with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and iron/ironing board.

Everything was perfectly fine, with professional staff, met the criteria. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was brilliant to satisfy everyone. The location was peaceful - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

Marvellous location, fantastic king room with the shower, sink or shower, milk. A huge variety of options for breakfast, brilliant toast and cereal. Polite hotel employees all round.

The room was neat and there were a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table. The bed was extremely comfy for those with back pain.

Everything was perfectly fine, decent location next to all the attractions and centre, very very good experience. We spent 6 nights in triple room with the shower, the bedroom plus milk. Liked that it was a nice size.

Dinner and breakfast food was excellent. The room was neat with the bedroom, the shower, coffee, I felt comfortable there.

Had an excellant stay with my friend, we spent 2 nights here, everything was great. The queen room overlooked city.

There are great-sized rooms with clean bathrooms.

The location was magnificent and incredible - not far from the promenade, and surrounding area. Also, I had easy access to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The staff is very welcoming and pretty friendly as well as hotel's owner. The ambiance is family. Make sure you stay in the family room with the view of the city.

This was a marvellous location just off all local transport, the main promenade and the beach. I was surprised at nearby Galleon Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

The room was stocked with a very comfy bed and the staff were welcoming. The hotel was in an excellent location close to the Piers and the main attractions. Furthermore, it was not too far away from Comedy Carpet.

All the employees were very welcoming and fairly friendly. The breakfast was great, they make a lot of meals.

Plenty of good food. Great-sized room & comfy bed. Magnificent and fantastic position in the lively area, close to the train station, winter gardens and pleasure beach, and all the attractions and seafront.

The location was great and perfect there, near the seafront. Also, the hotel was just close to Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum and with easy access to Coral Island Amusement Center.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was lovely and had magnificent location just off the Piers and attractions and seafront. The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was comfortable.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The location is excellant and incredible, 5 minutes' walk to Coral Island Amusement Center. And its nestled in a really good building very close to the illuminations as well as beach and centre.

Its clean hotel nestled in an imperial style building in the lively area. The breakfast offers variety of cereal and toast. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from Blackpool Beach.

We would love to go back if we go to Blackpool.

It deserves its 3 stars. Spent our time here lovely. 10 mins walk to the centre. In the evening we visited sticky chocolate ltd, set next door to the hotel.

The hotel was right by such local attractions as blackpool tower. Best central venue we ever visited during the trips so far. Breakfast selection was good...

Location in front of many tourist attractions, including blackpool tower that is set 10 mins on foot. Morning meal food was excellant.
