Excellent location to everything you come to blackpool for, in the good area. Lots of options for breakfast, good bangers and bacon.

Bangers and bacon were a stand out. The staff were lovely friendly without being intrusive.

The room we had was extremely spacious and functional and complete with pleasant touches like good biscuits, fans and comfortable beds.

Affable staff, incredible king room. Plenty of facilities like: central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV.

The location to good shopping area was great and unbeatable. Luckily it was close to Cafe Noir, had pastries there when it was exceptionally hot outside.

Certainly a very enjoyable experience for celebrating birthday in Blackpool.

Everything about this family-run hotel was fine. Liked the comfy bed in my guest room. It was functional with big bathroom. The stuff where easy going and amazing friendly and the location was unbeatable in front living area. Plus, great tourist spots like Saint Mary's Cathedral were minutes from this property.

Overall it was exceptionally clean, with a private bathroom.

Marvellous and perfect location really close to the centre, walking distance to pubs and bars. And 15 mins walk to Blackpool Central Library.

It was functional, quiet and with comfortable beds. The location was great and perfect for Blackpool, close enough to town centre shops, and The Winter Gardens.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter, had a great stay. The staff were all nice, informative. I booked triple room that was complete with coffee, comfortable beds, fans as advertised.

Shame the bathroom was cold.

Our stay was a really good experience. Our queen room included tea/coffee making equipment and television. The bed was comfy for those with back pain.

Appreciated the location in the currant market. All the dishes were good, nevertheless you can visit nearby Frenchman's Cove. We stayed there for celebrating birthday and had a fine experience, will be back.

I had real good days staying at this family-run hotel. I appreciated the place, it was impeccably clean & the staff were welcoming and easy going. The breakfast had variety of options: cereals, toast, fruit juices and yoghourt. The location was central, magnificent to good shopping area.

Hotel location was a short way from winter gardens blackpool. If you want to eat nearby, try Cleveland Chippy, which is situated 600 m away:)))
