Homely and clean hotel, comfortable beds. Savoury breakfast selection for all tastes with sausage and fresh fruits and yoghurts. Location - lovely and fantastic, close to the convenience store and tram stop right at the bottom of street.

We had an enjoyable breakfast meal with yoghurts and fruits, for example at the lounge area. The staff and the host were all very pleasant.

The service was excellent and the rooms were perfectly clean and contemporary with recently completed bathroom, twin beds for the children plus plenty of tea. The breakfast was enjoyable with sausage, yoghurts plus gluten free bread, so much to pick from.

We had a separate bedroom. It was new-fashioned and bathroom was clean here.

The setting is marvellous, near to Beaucliffe, local bars or shops and somewhere in Blackpool with easy links to the main street, pretty nice area.

Overall it was spotless, with a private bathroom. The location was magnificent and beautiful, close enough to Gynn Square, the tower and sandcastle water park, and all the attractions.

Loved every detail about our fantastic 1 night stay here. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in a quiet area. We ordered lunch at Crumbs Sandwich Shop, located so close to the venue.

We have spent 2 days in double room with kingsize bed, coffee, for example. There were a coffee maker and a fridge.

There was a tram stop close by. Gorgeous breakfast was provided.
