The whole hotel was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. The venue location was magnificent close enough to walk to all the attractions. What's more, it was just next door to the sea and the tram at the Cliffs stop.

Came here for 2 nights with my family, everything was great. Obviously I truly enjoyed the great and unbeatable location near to tram stop. And it was also so close to bus stops and tram stops at the end of the road, the cliffs looking over the sea, and Tower.

It was immaculately clean, everyone was welcoming. The location was perfect and the services were good.

The place is lovely and exceptionally clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff in general is amicable and helpful. We would stay here again when visiting Blackpool.

Can recommend it to others. Great relaxing hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. The staff is great and the rooms are a nice size and airy. As for me the location is perfect and incredibly comfortable, near a tram station.

The location was unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was ready to assist, amicable and very polite people.

Everything is perfect, liked my time here. Welcoming stuff, the breakfasts are lovely with quality ingredients. The setting is magnificent and ideal, next to Blackpool. Oriental Takeaway, where you can eat lunch, is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was great and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Genting Casino Blackpool. Distance to the airport was just 10 km. The staff were amiable and welcoming, everything was great during our stay.

I really enjoyed the stay here. I stayed for 2 nights here and had a very nice time. It was airy, spacious and with comfy bed. The staff was amiable and the owner too.

Wonderful relaxing place with helpful staff and fab food. Extremely comfy bed in king room with central heating, a work desk, and television. Perfect and magnificent location to North Pier Theatre. Also - right by Blackpool Dance festival, bus stops, and north pier.

Standard queen room with comfy bed was the best. The location was marvellous, for example, Genting Casino Blackpool was at a short distance from the hotel.

Amazing, perfectly clean hotel, excellent value. A nice size room itself with books, comfy bed, as example. Location right by the sea, tram to north pier and north pier. Nearby A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill - great place to chill out. Simply no complaints whatsoever, really enjoyable stay.

Quick bites Hong Kong was located 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel was quiet, as expected. We loved the convenience of the double room, as well as a heating system, an ironing set and a study table etc. We were there for 6 nights but felt we would definitely book again.
