I truly enjoyed wonderful and lovely personnel that ensures guests have a superb stay. The rooms are ideal and fantastic, with an electric kettle, central heating, and television. The price is £ 38. It offers excellent service.

Was a fabulous base for weekend. I was here for a short stay, everything was lovely. The room was well-maintained and brand-new with good quality duvets, very comfortable beds and Coffee/Tea making as expected. The location was central, fab central to seafront trams stop at top of road. Plus, Urbis Building was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

It was a well run family hotel that covered all our needs. Marvellous location central to all entertainment was a plus.

We were moved to a double room and had an electric kettle, central heating, and television. Overall it was comfy, with a private bathroom. This accommodation was in the central location to the train Station on time. All the personnel was wonderful and lovely.

The hotel is charming and nestled in a beautiful building. I have stayed in the king room with very comfortable beds. The staff are perfect, the breakfast is great. Excellent service and the food is lovely! Btw, they will charge you gbp 6 per day for parking. The location is marvellous and lovely, minutes from a tram station. The place to have lunch a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue is Aarzoo's Soul Food.

I loved the room with windows wide open, the bed was extremely comfy. A shower, a hair dryer and guest toiletries were available there.

I had great days staying at this small hotel. Everything was great and enjoyed my stay there. It had central location close to St Peter. And it was also close to the attractions, and a bus stop. Booked king room, that included an electric kettle, central heating and television. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was delicious.

We really loved it, it was GOAT! The stuff where welcoming, the beds were great. Our room was very clean. Within a walking distance of Little Ethel's Restaurant, where you can have lunch.
