The room is family-friendly and top-notch, comes with bunk beds, the TV and tea. Its location is perfect and amazing, not very far from St Johns Market.

Marvellous location with a view to the car park and next to blackpool by a golden mile, the busier areas and the amusements which allow free entry. Spacious bedroom.

The room was lovely big and brand-new and top-notch with bunk beds when I arrived.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with her lovely outgoing service, great value. The room I booked was kept to a high standard of cleanliness and available with disable access as well as bunk beds.

Everything was very comfortable, amazing location within walking distance of the station, the staff were so caring. The room was cleaned daily modern large comfortable beds nice breakfast good choice and available with the most amazing view and tv's plus bunk beds.

We stay in family room quite often, it is top-notch and brand-new.

The breakfast was savoury for special menus or gluten free items, great value. The hotel's location was perfect, very close to the grovesnor casino, North Shore and the centre of the strip with noise and stag dos.

The place was impressive and fabulous and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, the location was fab away from the theme park. All the services were first-class.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location next to the beach. Also next to a tram stop. Beautifully decorated and top-notch room with a large bathroom and an iron, a writing desk, and WiFi.

The room I booked was upgraded so was spacious and available for children with the tvs. Toast and fruit were a nice touch.

I had the double room which was top-notch and air-conditioned with separate space for the children.

Really enjoyed a good hairdryer, a heating system, and a lounge in the room.

Had a very nice stay in September, everything was perfect. The hotel was great value. All of the staff members were consistently courteous and accommodating. We booked single room with bunk beds and liked it. Brilliant central location near the pleasent beach.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice for walking around Sandcastle Waterpark. The rooms were nicely decorated with great facilities for the kids, everything was very comfortable.

Perfect and excellent location in a perfect area, right by which has live entertainment on Saturday nights, will always stay there, and the council. And very close to Amusements.

The location was great, 5 km to Blackpool International airport, perfectly reachable. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout the hotel.

My double room was cool with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bathtub worked well. The hotel had indeed a perfect location in other bays. Moreover, I went to the lake, its 15 minutes walk away.
