I was happy with hotel's good location close to beach. Helpful staff; was extremely helpful. My triple room was reasonably spacious and warm with a big comfy bed.

Our stay was good value. Got budget double room with a big comfy bed when arrived, appreciated that. The staff was amiable and excellent, as well as host. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to the promenade and south pier, south pier and the Main Road. Besides, a historic water pump was 6 km away from the property.

My room was clean and warm and had central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel's position was excellent and fantastic, close to the beach and the strip, south pier and St Chads tram stop. Also, it was just a short walk away from Blackpool County Court.

That hotel was in an excellent and fantastic location, to the town-Sandcastle water park. Besides, it was 5 km away from Colnbrook West. I had a family room it was warm.

Everything was fine, I do recommend. The hotel was fairly clean with ideal and nice location close to seafront and comfy rooms. Loved the room with a big comfy bed, my bed was big.

The budget double room I got was warm. It included central heating and a multi-channel television, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This accommodation was in the central location right next to central pier so easy to access almost everything.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were amiable and helpful. The staff was extremely helpful when asked. The location was good, near the seafront! Also, it was at a walking distance from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

All of the staff was excellent and incredibly nice. The venue's position was central. And we were so close to all attractions, the town-Sandcastle water park and St Chads tram stop.

I appreciated to be here, everything was perfectly fine. I booked budget double room with a big comfy bed which turned out to be a warm room. The staff were exceptionally nice and location was incredible. I got to the airport within 10 minutes' drive.

The whole place was clean and the staff were affable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful. Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Central Beach.

Its location was perfect, just off the beach and the strip as well as St Chads tram stop. Blackpool Centre district was worth exploring. I had family room with a private bathroom.

My son and I enjoyed being there. My double room included central heating and flat-screen TV. Its location was central, quite a walk from Arcade.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Dinosaur World.

Had good 3 nights here. The bedroom was spacious. The hotel had a central location and it was very close to Arcade.

Everything was fine, I loved that. The location seemed unbeatable to the town-Sandcastle water park. I randomly popped in Lindale Cafe serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the hotel, it was nice.

Had budget queen room with a big comfy bed. Easy to get to, fantastic location close enough to beach and seafront. Nearby Manchester - great place to chill out.

Came here for 1 night with my son, had a fine stay. There were central heating and flat-screen TV in the room, loved that. The hotel had an unbeatable location an easy walk to Arcade. It took me 15 minutes on foot to get to the downtown...

My 3 nights in Blackpool were JUST PERFECT. This accommodation had a central setting on the fair. The bed was very comfy, and there were central heating and a TV set too.

Some people working there were not very good.

The total stay was good of benefits on holiday. We only slept at the family room, but loved it. The location was incredible, for example, Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium was not too far from the hotel.
