It was based in beautiful building in a good and incredible location, to a tram stop.

All in all our stay was very lovely, no complaints whatsoever. The place was stunningly beautiful and excellent, we loved it. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and food was delightful. The breakfast had a wide array of food and it was incredible. The hotel had a central location to a tram stop.

Central location was a plus. The room was big size and huge here with TV, biscuits, for instance.

The place was fairly clean and staff was lovely and great! The location was great - right by the trams, north pier and lovely gardens. It also was to when we left everything was perfect. The food we tried was splendid and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from. Truly enjoyed our stay at hotel and will be back.

I had triple room with windows overlooking sea and very comfy bed. The location was really handy and ideal, because a tram station was based near the hotel.

Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay for our one night visit. The staff is affable as well as hotel's owner. The location is fantastic, to tower which is walking. Btw, it's set in North Shore district really close to the tram station. Will be back, we greatly enjoyed spending time there.

Budget, huge room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Really good facilities and very comfy beds. Very amiable staff, early check-in and superb bar.

Loved the fact that I chose this stunningly beautiful hotel. All stuff where helpful, ensured my stay was very lovely. The property's location was nice and ideal, right by a tram stop. The food for breakfast was delightful and fabulous.

The breakfast was fantastic and great, the staff was fantastic, the grounds were clean. The food was SPLENDID and we truly enjoyed it. The room was immaculate, the bed was lovely and there was a spotless bathroom.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was just what we had in mind. Everything was really good, including fantastic friendly staff. Enjoyed good-sized bathroom and central heating, an iron/ironing board, and television in our triple room. The breakfast was incredible and great and there was a wide array of amazing food. The location was really handy, for example, a tram station was near the venue. Also, it was near all the main attractions, including Gynn Square.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was overall clean & the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The food was excellent and there were variety of dishes in the menu.
