We were offered single room complete with coffee, tea plus single bed. The location was ideal, near the attractions in blackpool, in a good area.

Ideal hotel with particularly good location close to the main attractions in the Blackpool Centre district. Great breakfast, fully-equipped family room.

The hotel is in the central location in the Houdshill shopping centre. Also it is short walk to coral island and tower ect.

Got the same reasonably large king room like in the pictures booked online, loved that. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic and the room was impeccably clean.

The room was clean and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the bathroom was clean. The location of the hotel was great, in a cafe round corner. Also, there was Museum of Liverpool, set within 10 minutes drive.

Although everything was good, some of the staff were really rude.

The food was great. The stuff where incredibly nice and really friendly and assisted us with private parking. The location was good, close to all amenities, and the bed very comfy.

Overall a just perfect stay for 2 night left after 1 night stay. Family room like in the pictures.

The staff was attentive and efficient. The food was great with a great selection of choice! The hotel location was magnificent and ideal right in centre for shops pubs. I was surprised at nearby Mermaid Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
