A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. Overall it was great value, with a separate bathroom. Peaceful location close to all attractions was a plus.

It was a homely and absolutely great place. The breakfast meal was savoury with tea n orange juice. The setting was magnificent, not far from Blackpool, the Tower, and Winter Gardens. I greatly enjoyed the time in this property.

I had a compact and en suite room and everything was very good. The staff was accommodating, the bathroom was spotless.

Spotless and welcoming rooms with a comfy bed, clean linen, as for instance, savoury breakfast.

I got compact room with central heating, a multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. All the employees were exceptional and immensely pleasant...

the twin room we were given had heating, ironing facilities and a dvd player. adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
