Extremely polite and amiable staff, they smile all the time. Guest room is budget, has a fairly clean bathroom.

Family-friendly hotel with stunningly beautiful views as a bonus. Best staff with a good portion of humor. Generally the service was exceptional.

Nice staff and great and brilliant location just off Near to beach as well as a ghetto. Again, walking distance to St Johns Market.

Staying here for a long weekend was very good, totally recommendable. Liked the hotel, it is well priced and fairly clean, has particularly good and amazing location central to all entertainment. I stayed at the standard king room with sea view. Every member of staff was fairly friendly.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a very nice clean building short walk to Blackpool Tower and familiar food restaurants. Beautifully maintained, brand-new unit on ceiling in several places, and patient staff. Magnificent location to everything would recommend to anyone.

Great and fantastic location for visiting Blackpool, it's not far from all entertainments, familiar food restaurants such as pizza hut, KFC, McDonald's and nandos and middle pier and attractions.

The location was great and incredible, right on sea front with easy access to a mall and a market. All the employees were extremely polite and amiable and smiled at me.

It had good location not far from the cafe on the corner. Tried some takeout specials at Mario's Takeaway, luckily it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Everything there where excellent, including good facilities. Outstandingly accommodating stuff; easy check in. Lovely bar area.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with fans in. The setting is great and fantastic, very close to the seafront, great area. Buckingham Restaurant, where you can eat dinner, is just a short walk away from the hotel.

Liked my good stay at our hotel and holiday. The staff was amiable, everything was perfect. I was upgraded to neat and well heated guest room with the big window. The cost was £ 94. The location was magnificent, near to the central pier and surrounding things, Liverpool and the tower and ameanities. Also, I was a 10-15 minute walk from Silcock's Fun Palace.

The location was unbeatable and awesome, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sculpture. We booked the standard double room that was relaxing.

Its location is particularly good, not far from central pier within 10 minute easy stroll as well as bars, entertainment venues, restaurants, great area.

I loved the place, everything was really good. The venue was set in the central position near to Blackpool, the sea and all piers. And it was at a moderate distance from Gems Diner, ate there couple of times.

Everything about this low cost hotel was good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a work desk, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. We had a very relaxing stay in a long time.
