The hotel had a marvellous location a minute walk from Houndshill Shopping Centre. The rooms were decent size and compact with tea, shower, as example.

Thoroughly enjoyed Blackpool, the hotel was absolutely great close to all amenities. We were in a great location at a medium distance from Houndshill Shopping Centre. And it was also near to England and the sea.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was incredible and great. The check in was easy, the staff was fantastic friendly and helpful. My room was spotless with shower, tea plus tea and coffee making facilities. The location up to watch the football was marvellous and amazing. I tried some drinks at bar King Edward Vii, located 5 minutes walk away. Loved that food was good.

We felt very welcome here and can't recommend highly enough the place. Enjoyed the room, it was big and compact with very comfy bed.

The total stay was brilliant for 3 nights. The room was well decorated, with a separate bathroom. The breakfast was incredible and the location was unbeatable.

Everything met every demand, I will definitely visit place next time. This location was marvellous and lovely, near the center, and Blackpool.

We did not want to leave there, 100% recommend. Travelled with our son, spent 1 night here and had a really lovely stay. In overall the room was a decent size and well run and with very comfy bed. The service was all in all superb.

Admirable service was provided. I enjoyed convenient placing of an electric kettle, central heating and TV in the double room. The location was magnificent, for example, a restored Victorian pier was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The location was brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from Promenade. This hotel was in a shopping area. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. It was spotless as advertised...

City view was worthy. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

The employees were amazingly nice and very welcoming. Had impeccably clean and compact room with tea and coffee making facilities, coffee, for instance for a great stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of gorgeous meals.

Would definitely recommend to anyone. Loved how gorgeous the property was. Had good sleep at the family room. The location was incredible, with dg's fish inn nearby, where we could eat.
