Thank you for a wonderful experience we had at this gorgeous and original hotel. Overall it was good-sized, with a shared bathroom. Sea view was worthy.

Liked our good stay there a lot. The hotel was lovely welcoming, the staff were respectful! This location was particularly good, near beach at front and south pier and pleasure beach.

I have stayed in the family room with a view.

The location couldn't be more marvellous and unbeatable within walking distance of attractions. Moreover, it's next to the sea front, the tram stop too, and the shops and clubs.

There were a TV set and a radiator in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The staff in general is respectful. The family queen room is luxury and has multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a writing desk.

Can't wait to come back, because I had a very pleasant stay and didn't want to say goodbye. Make sure you stay in the standard family room with the view of the courtyard.

The hotel was fairly clean, being a short walk from the beach. The staff were nice and approaching all the time.

I didn't want to say goodbye, had a fine experience and will be back. The place deserved 3 stars. Good and incredible location near the seafront, met the needs. It was also just off south pier and weatherspoons, the sea front, and the tram stop too. The room itself was well decorated and had excellent views of the sea.

Particularly good and incredible location in Blackpool, very close to shop, store and the South Pier, Mcdonalds, and a tram stop. Luxury family room with bathroom.

I liked this serviceable place, stayed there for 1 night. A nice size rooms with view or a bath as well as clean white bedding, had a pleasant experience. The location was magnificent and fantastic, very close to shops, sea front and the beach, in a nice enough area.

Greatly enjoyed our 1 night here. Our quadruple room was brand-new and big. The staff were polite and pleasant, gave us great tips.

The triple room is modern and newly remodelled. Great to have a work desk, multi-channel television, and a sitting area.

Low cost hotel in a nice enough area just off shop and beach at front. Had family room with large sink, a fan plus the warm shower. Family atmosphere. The respectful and nice staff and their attitude.

I had a wonderful stay at this good budget hotel. I enjoyed sea view, it was excellent. The location was marvellous for walking around Sandcastle Waterpark. The venue was a lovely base for enjoying a nice area.

It was worth its 3 stars. Incredible location of the hotel, with FANTASTIC view. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. It's minutes away from Dutton Arms with nice drinks and cocktails.

Also close to the beach. We liked the pool;))
